This may be my new absolute favourite beauty product EVER. I have literally always had a problem with my skin- it's combination/oily but VERY blemish prone- I actually can't remember the last time that I was happy with my skin without the use of make-up. I had been toying with the idea of picking this up but had recently purchased the Soap & Glory Peaches and Clean cleanser and I hate to buy products that I don't need or already have or have something similar. But as I was browsing through the new John Lewis Beauty Hall on Oxford Street (which is amazing!), I came across their Liz Earle counter and was enticed by the feature shelf in the middle of the whole Liz Earle section which was full completely of the renowned Cleanse & Polish Hot Cloth Cleanser. I obviously soon gave in and haven't looked back since.
The consistency is extremely creamy and very thick so you only need a 2-3 pumps to remove a whole face of make-up. I bought the starter back as it comes in this adorable little zipped bag and two muslin cloths, as well as the 100ml size bottle so for near enough £15, it's a total bargain. After slightly rubbing the two pumps into both hands, I gently massage my whole face (including eyes for mascara) until I feel as though I've gotten every spot of make-up covered. To remove the product, simply run the muslin cloth under warm water and ring out so it's damp and wipe away the product in circles on your face. It's SO easy and literally does take off every bit of make-up, leaving my face so unbelievably soft and clean. As a result of using this for a week, my skin has changed remarkably- I haven't had a spot come up since before using it! It's a lot clearer, a lot brighter and a lot softer. I feel so confident about the appearnce of my skin that I've been wearing less make-up and have actually stopped wearing foundation for a while! I would absolutely recommend this product, it is amazing. I will definitely be repurchasing and looking into other Liz Earle products!
